8:00 AM: Departure from Cusco to begin our journey to the Southern Valley.

9:00 AM: Our first stop is the archaeological site of Tipón, known for its impressive terraces and irrigation system built by the Incas. Explore the meticulously crafted agricultural terraces and learn about the advanced engineering techniques used by the Incas to manage water and cultivate crops in this mountainous terrain.

10:30 AM: Next, we visit Pikillacta, a pre-Inca archaeological site belonging to the Wari culture. Wander through the ruins of this ancient administrative and religious center, marveling at the architectural remains and gaining insight into the pre-Columbian civilizations that once thrived in the region.

11:30 AM: We continue our journey to Andahuaylillas, a quaint Andean town famous for its beautiful colonial church known as the “Sistine Chapel of the Andes.” Admire the ornate interior of the church, adorned with intricate frescoes and gilded altars, reflecting the fusion of indigenous and European artistic styles.

12:30 PM: Lunch break in a local restaurant, where you can savor traditional Peruvian cuisine and recharge for the rest of the tour.

1:30 PM: Our final stop is the Raqchi archaeological site, home to the Temple of Wiracocha, an immense Inca structure with impressive stone walls and columns. Learn about the religious significance of this site and marvel at the architectural prowess of the Incas as you explore the ruins.

2:00 PM: Return to Cusco, concluding our half-day tour of the Southern Valley filled with history, culture, and breathtaking landscapes.
